General Use

You must first register in order to use the services.  You may register as a free member which affords you a restricted service, or as a paid subscriber which enables you to use all of the services on offer.  Subscription payment is made via Paypal and chargers will be clearly displayed.  The services provided are to be used in a spirit of goodwill and friendship.  Our services are directed at those who have left High School and not at children of school going age.  We will never knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone within the afore-mentioned group.

Privacy

We are determined to protect your privacy and can confirm that the contact information that you provide when joining our site will not be shared with any third party

 Your Responsibilities

You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes or for the transmission of material that is unlawful, harassing, libelous (untrue and damaging to others), invasive of another's privacy, abusive, threatening, or obscene, or that infringes the copyrights (rights of an owner of written material) or other intellectual property of others.  We reserve the right to remove anyone whom we deem to be abusing the services offered, without warning or confirmation.  The posting of information or messages that may cause offence to others will not be tolerated. 

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur using your password or account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.

Availability

Whilst we shall make every effort to have this site available 100% of the time, there may be occasions when the site is offline for essential maintainance or for reasons beyond our control.. We cannot be held responsible for any consequences that you may suffer as a result.

Comments and Messages

Any profile comments and messages added by new members during the sign up process will be removed after a period of three months if they remain unread by the recipient. Should any member choose to unsubscribe from the site, all comments and messages posted by that member will be permanently removed from our database.

Premium Membership

Premium Membership will entitle you to use all of the services on offer at USA Reunited.com for the duration of your membership as confirmed at the point of sign up. Where Lifetime Membership is taken, You will remain a full premium member for the life of the Website. No refunds will be given.

Terminating The Service

Once registered, you may remove your registration at any time. No refunds will be given.

Limitation of Liability

We accept no liability for any loss or harm or other disadvantage consequent upon the use of this Site.  You indemnify us from any damages or costs arising from use of the Site.

Abuse

If you feel abused, or if you have a problem with the conduct of another Site user, you should contact us.
